Terms of Service

Effective October 18, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Sahaaya LLC, which operates BTSBoost ("BTSBoost", "we", "us"). They apply to btsboost.com and to our AI phone assistant service (the "Service"). By using the Service or signing up, you agree to these terms. If you are signing up for a business, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for it.

1. The Service

BTSBoost provides an AI assistant that can answer your business calls, share information you provide, book appointments on your calendar, and send call summaries and confirmations by text and email. Features may change as we improve the Service.

2. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate information about your business, including services, hours, prices and what counts as urgent, and keep it up to date.
• Keep your calendar accurate. The assistant books based on the availability it can see.
• Follow the laws that apply to you, including laws on call recording, consent, text messaging and telemarketing.
• Do not use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive or abusive purposes, or to place unsolicited marketing calls.

3. AI limitations

The assistant uses artificial intelligence and can make mistakes, such as misunderstanding a caller or recording a detail incorrectly. Please review call summaries and confirm important details with your customers. BTSBoost is not an emergency service. The assistant may direct callers in an emergency to call 911 or the right utility, but it does not contact emergency services for anyone.

4. Fees, guarantee and cancellation

Fees are shown when you sign up and are billed monthly in advance. If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and except for the 14-day guarantee, fees already paid are not refunded.

5. Your data

Information about your business and your callers belongs to you. You allow us to use it to provide and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers for phone, messaging, voice AI and hosting. We are not responsible for outages or changes caused by those providers, but we will work to minimize any disruption.

7. Our property

BTSBoost, its software, branding and website content are owned by us. These terms do not give you any rights to them beyond using the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that every call will be answered or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BTSBoost will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Indemnity

You agree to defend and hold BTSBoost harmless from claims arising from your use of the Service in violation of these terms or the law.

11. Ending service

We may suspend or end the Service if you break these terms or if needed to protect the Service or others. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, let you know in advance.
