Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information BTSBoost, a service of Sahaaya LLC ("BTSBoost", "we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to btsboost.com and to the AI phone assistant service we provide to businesses (the "Service").
Two kinds of information
- Information from businesses and website visitors. When you contact us or sign up, we collect what you give us, such as your name, business name, type of business, phone number and email.
- Information from callers to our customers. When someone calls a business that uses BTSBoost, we process the call on that business's behalf. This can include the caller's name, phone number, the reason for the call, appointment details, and a recording and transcript of the call. The business decides how this information is used, and we handle it under their instructions.
How we use information
- To answer calls, book appointments, and send call summaries and confirmations on behalf of our business customers.
- To set up, operate, support and improve the Service.
- To respond to your questions and send you information you asked for.
- To keep the Service secure and to meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
Calls and AI disclosure
Our assistant tells callers they are speaking with an AI assistant. Calls handled by BTSBoost may be recorded and transcribed so that the business can review them and so that summaries can be created.
Text messages (SMS)
We may send text messages, such as appointment confirmations and call summaries, to people who have provided their number for that purpose. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties, except with service providers that help us deliver messages.
Service providers we use
We share information only with providers that help us run the Service, under agreements that limit their use of it. These include providers for website hosting (Vercel), web forms (Formspree), voice AI (ElevenLabs), phone calls and text messaging (Twilio), and email (Microsoft through GoDaddy). We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
How long we keep information
We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. Business customers can ask us to delete call recordings, transcripts and other data we hold for them.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing support@btsboost.com. If you called a business that uses BTSBoost, please contact that business first; we will help them respond to your request.
Children
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, let our business customers know.
